We have made it through our first week of preschool! Like I said before, we needed to make some changes and it has been great ever since! Now that we do school downstairs we can start right after breakfast, Bryn even asks to do school :)
We start out with "calendar time" which consists of putting the new date on the calendar, and singing the days of the week & months of the year song. Then we recite the pledge of allegiance. Brynlee already knew her days of the week from last year but she has already learned the months of the year in just one week of school!
This week we reviewed the alphabet....

ReplyDeleteBrynlee is so smart; I guess she takes after her Mommy!! The girls are really lucky to have such a creative and patient teacher to keep them busy while learning at the same time. Sometimes a change of scenery helps.
