Moon Walk

Last night we started a new tradition. Moon walking.

It consists of waiting until it's completely dark outside. Putting on our pajamas and going on a walk in the moonlight! Looking at the stars & moon and catching up on life. So much fun! We all loved it! It was so quiet and peaceful it almost put Scar to sleep. 

And since the weather was so perfect last night, we came back home and all sat outside for a while and talked until it was the girls bedtime. This will definitely be a new tradition in our family. Perfect way to end the day :)

11 Months

Scarlett, you're 11 months! That means in a month you'll be ONE! I'm not so sure how I feel about this :(

You have learned so much in the past couple of months, I'm amazed how fast you're learning & growing!


*You can drink out of a straw! And any other cup.


*You like to drink the bath water. It's gross. I wish you wouldn't.


*You dance on command. So stinkin cute! I need to get it on video. 


*You can clap, and you try to say "Yay!"


*You can wave :)


*You have your 2 bottom teeth. 


*You're starting to take steps!


*You can climb the stairs all by yourself. (with mommy following right behind of course) You've been doing this since 9 months. Makes me nervous! 


*You love to eat! And you eat EVERYTHING! It's a good thing. Until you start eating the mulch, leaves, and grass :(


11 months have gone by so fast. Your birthday is right around the corner! You're Daddy doesn't understand why this makes me sad. But you're growing up so quick, and in a month you won't be considered a "baby" anymore. But you'll always be my little baby, even if you don't like it :)

Rosie's day at the park

The weather has been nice lately, so we've been trying to take full advantage of the sunshine :) Playing outside, going on walks, and days at the park!

Last week Bryn took her baby Rosie to the park. She pushed her stroller right along with Mommy :)

She showed her all around the park so they could play together. 

             

Scarlett likes the park too!

I just love the way she curls her little fingers over the swing.

I think Rosie enjoyed her 1st trip to the park. 

And so did these two! 

I'm sure I'll regret saying this later, but I'm ready for summer!!

 Can't wait to take these munchkins to the beach :)
